⬥ Any Colored-Base (non white) Sublimation Bleached T-Shirts⬥
No two shirts will be the exact same due to the distressing on this shirt. Please note these are unique and handmade! A light wash is performed after the bleaching process. Don't worry! No detergents or harsh soaps are used for sensitive skin precautions!

☆Please note: Our shirts are made to look VINTAGE! This means they have a soft, faded appearance. There may be a slight difference in color or vibrancy from the screen to the finished product.☆
⬥ Any Custom Shirt made with Vinyl⬥
These shirts will need to be washed inside out, with cold water, no fabric softener and hung to dry. The vinyl is pressed into the shirt at a high tempature, if you use hot water, or dry with high heat, the vinyl can peel or start to come up. If you wash & dry corectly, the design will last for a long time.

⬥ ORDER COMMUNICATION:
Check your EMAIL FREQUENTLY after ordering until order is received. We may have questions or have received missing/incorrect info with order.
⬥ INCOMPLETE ORDERS:
If the wrong color is entered for a style, we will attempt to contact you via Email or send similar if there is a close match.
(example: heather Autumn is for unisex tee only- not other styles).
If an error is made, we have the right to send the closest shirt color match to your entry or the display colors.
**ANY missing info will result in delays.** If we can't reach you via email within the processing time - we will choose for you & send display colors (or closest match to your entry). We do not offer refunds/exchanges for this -- please provide all requested info!
⬥ CUSTOM REQUESTS:
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING NEW & CUSTOM: Please email / contact us prior to purchasing this listing. There will most likely be a customization/design fee but we always love to make new designs.
--Do not leave design change requests in notes with order unless approved by us. If so, it will not be accepted & the original design will still be sent. We accommodate when we can, but some designs we do not edit or can't due to time constraints.
⬥ COLOR/DESIGN INFO:
Please be mindful when choosing your shirt/text color combinations. Some combos are harder to read. We respect customer preferences and realize some like text more subtle. We do not offer exchanges/returns based on unfavorable color combinations.
NOT READABLE: White text on white or heather white, black text & dark grey text on black shades, dark grey text on dark grey or deep heather
HARD TO READ: black text on dark grey heather, rose gold on heather mauve or heather orchid
SOMEWHAT HARD: White text on athletic heather or ice blue, dark grey text on some medium color shades (raspberry, deep teal, purple, etc.)
We respect customer choice of color selection and process all color combos as selected. The exception is any combos from the "NOT READABLE" category above. We will attempt to contact you, but If no response in your email within 24-48 hours, we reserve right to change text colors to a readable text/shirt combo.
⬥ STOCK AVAILABILITY:
All shirt/tank colors & sizes are subject to stock availability (especially 2XL-4XL). If we are temporarily out of your size/color combo -- you will be contacted via Email for another selection or other options.

We try our best for accurately depict colors, but actual colors may vary from your screen display settings. Also, shirts may appear different in color/brightness (especially heathers) under various lighting conditions (studio, indoor, outdoor, etc). We do not offer returns/exchanges for this.

Variations in measurements up to 0.5" are acceptable within manufacturer's guidelines.

Our Unisex tee is longer and looser than women's sizing & semi-fitted for men, but works great for both.
For Kids: If your child is between sizes, always size up for assured fit.
For ladies: consider same size for relaxed, loose, knotted fit or size down for fitted look
For men: same size for a more fitted look or size up for relaxed fit.
--Most women say they run a little big but opinions differ and body types/preferences vary! Measure for best results.

Priority Mail ---- 1-3 days

⬥ WRONG ADDRESS:
Contact us immediately via email if wrong address is entered. We will try to correct it but cannot guarantee since order may have shipped. We are not responsible if delivered to a wrong address entered by customer.
⬥ SHIPPING LIABILITY:

••• We are never responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered packages
••• We are never responsible for USPS transit delays or mishaps

••• We do not offer refunds or replacement order for USPS mishaps, buyer assumes risk
••• If package appears damaged, DO NOT open. Take to local USPS to file a claim.
••• If an item was marked "delivered" but not received contact the USPS immediately & file "lost mail" claim online
(also check with local P.O. branch, neighbors, and mail carrier)
••• Check with USPS for any delivery/transit issues. We will try to assist you on our end, but are only responsible for your order until it is scanned as "received" at post office.
••• On occasion, missing packages turn up and are redelivered later once filed as lost mail.
⬥ RETURNED ITEMS:
Any items returned to us for any reason ex. (wrong address, undeliverable, etc.), buyer must pay reshipping fee to have order resent. We will attempt to contact you with link for repurchase. Any returned items in our possession for 90 days, with failure to receive response or reshipping payment, the items will be donated and buyer will assume loss of order.

••• OUR POLICY:
--Customer must pay ALL shipping charges (to/from) for exchanges.
--We do not provide a return label.
--Customer assumes the risk of any loss in shipping return items.
To keep our prices low and continue to offer so many custom style & color options, we ONLY accept exchanges for a different size in some cases.
Items exchanged for different size must be in same shirt style /color/ writing combo and design. Please read below for exclusions and conditions.

-Any listings with CUSTOM word, date, year, name to be entered
-changes to existing design requested by customer
-holiday theme or seasonal designs, season listed (ex. FALL vibes, 2020)
-special ordered items
-items with text added
-any hard to read color combinations (see list in "color/design info" heading above)
-unfavorable colors/ color variances from your screen
-wrong color selections/ entry errors
-Any misspelled words by customer in entry box (we print exactly as you enter)
••• EXCHANGE TIMES:
Contact us: within 3 DAYS of USPS delivery date.
Item Returned to us: within 7 DAYS of USPS delivery date.
NO EXCEPTIONS..After these dates we can no longer accept exchanges as the items may have been worn, washed, etc.
••• EXCHANGE STEPS:
-- It is buyer's responsibility to contact us within 3 days to initiate exchange process & pay ALL exchange shipping fees (to/from)
-- Item must be approved for exchange then shipped back by customer to our address within 7 days of receipt.
-- To exchange for item of higher dollar value (ex. fro XL to XXL) the difference must be paid.
-- The Re-shipment fee must be paid to cover shipping cost of the replacement item. Link below.
-- It is up to customer to request tracking/ insurance on exchange packages and to notify us before shipping. We are not responsible for lost/ mis-delivered items that do not reach us.

--we have the right to refuse exchange if exchange conditions are not met.
••• EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE:
This covers the cost to ship the correct size shirt to you. It must be paid before item is sent. We will send a link via email to purchase once we have received your approved return (or use link below). It must be paid before item is sent and within 5 business days of receiving the return item. ••• RETURN ITEM CONDITION:
Al items MUST BE in new condition…unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, & kept free of pet hair, stains, rips, smoke, & other odor, etc.. Please make sure the item is in perfect condition before sending back for an exchange!

••• UNRETURNABLE CONDITION:
Any returned items not meeting the return conditions will be denied. A reshipping link will be sent via Etsy for you to pay to have the unapproved item sent back. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in loss of item which will be donated.
••• UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
Only send items to be exchanged if you have first contacted us and received authorization. Any exchange packages received (that have not been approved by us) -- the package will not be opened or processed. A reshipping link will be sent via Etsy for customer to pay to have package returned to them. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in loss of item which will be donated.

⬥ REPLACEMENTS/ ERRORS:
In the event we make an error, we will kindly work with you to get it resolved.
••• REPLACEMENT CLAIM STEPS:
1) Please contact us within 3 business days via Email (NovelConceptDesigns@gmail.com)
2) Send a VERY CLEAR pic of the error & description via email.
3) We will determine if it is an error on our part and send a replacement ASAP if so
Any items that have large stains/spills/rips or tears (from opening package) or any other obvious damage that would NOT have been overlooked when packaging will be denied. No exceptions. We are human but also diligently look over every item before shipping.
We are not responsible for damage to item caused by customer after receipt.
Any press marks/creases (from heat press) or wrinkles from package handling will be removed upon laundering your item. Please follow appropriate care instructions. This is not a reason for return or exchange.
••• DAMAGED PACKAGES:
If a package appears damaged upon receipt, do not open. Take to local USPS and file claim.
••• ERROR REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds on any errors (even if need-by-date has passed) but will gladly send out a replacement.
Please order in enough advance to account for any errors/unforeseen events.
