►► DIGITAL FILES◄◄ Your File will be sent via email completely customized
by me with your party details. The file will be sent as a JPEG. The File is
not editable.

►►PRINTED INVITATIONS ◄◄ A Proof will be sent to you via email to approve
prior to printing. You will need to look over the proof very carefully. We
do not offer refunds once the proof has been approved for printing. - NO
EXCEPTIONS - If you find a mistake after printing, you will have to pay for
the reprinting cost.  

We print on 110 lb Matte Card stock.  All Printed Invitations will include white envelopes.

►►INVITATIONS WITH PHOTOS◄◄ You will need to send a High Resolution, Un-edited Photo to NovelConceptDesigns@gmail.com  Do not corp or alter your photos. 
If you send a low resolution photo, it will print out blurry.

NORMAL SHOP HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Weekends: Occasionally (family time)
Holidays: Family Time

• Orders submitted over the weekend or on a holiday, may not be processed
until Monday. This means that the 1-2 business day time-frame will not
begin until the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Not having all info ready at time of
purchase will delay the processing of your order.

• Orders submitted over a holiday will be processed the following business
day.


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Digital Files or Proofs are sent within 1 Business
Days of purchase, normally sooner, as long as you provide all of the party
details with your order. If you are ordering Printed Invitations,
Invitations are printed and shipped within 2 business days after you
approve the proof.


No Refunds will be given after the proof has been approved for printing -
No Exceptions -
If you order a "Sample" Invitation - The Printed Invitation will contain
water-marks and you will have to pay for your shipping.

We will attempt to send a proof three times before printing and shipping.
If you do not reply after the 3rd attempt, we will print and ship as is. 
If you find a mistake after you receive them, you will be responsible for any reprinting costs.

We do have a minimum requirement for all printed orders.

  • For Invitations - 6 MINIMUM
  • For Book Inserts - 10 MINIMUM
  • For Diaper Raffle Tickets - 20 MINIMUM
  • Other Printed Items - 20 MINIMUM


If you need less than the minimum, you will need to pay for a digital file.

SHIPPING TIMES: Monday-Friday only.

**Anything approved after 4:00 pm on Thursday, will not ship until
Monday.**

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME:
• 1st Class Shipping is free* and can take up to 5-7 business days if you
live on the west coast. (Min of 6 for Invitations.)
• Priority Mail is $6.70 and can take up to 2-3 Business days if you live
on the west coast.
• Express is $24.70 and is normally 1 Day, unless you live on the west
coast, then it’s 2 day.

* 1st Class Mail can be delayed during transit. If you need your
invitations within 2 weeks of purchase (and especially if you live on the
west coast), you may want to upgrade your shipping.


WHEN SHIPPING DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASONS - Due to increased shipping volume
with the USPS in general, First Class Packages will take longer than
normal.

**ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOUR INVITATIONS DO NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR YOUR PARTY** (This includes errors by customer on Shipping Addresses or
Delays during Transit caused by USPS.)


** Please note that Free 1st Class Shipping is only for orders being
shipped within the US. If an items is being shipped outside of the US, you
will have to pay the 1st Class shipping costs.


** Also, if you purchase less than 6 Printed Invitation/Thank You Cards,
you will have to purchase your shipping before shipment is made.

STEPS:

 

  1. Purchase the invitation. (ONE purchase is ONE design)
  2. Leave Party Information in the "Message to Seller" section or via Message.
  3. CARD DESIGN OPTION (If your listing has options available.)
  4. SIZE 4x6 or 5x7 (Disregard if you are purchasing a Ticket Design)
  5. NAMEs
  6. AGEs
  7. PARTY INFORMATION (day, date, time, venue, address, RSVP)



DON'T FORGET TO EMAIL YOUR PHOTO RIGHT AWAY with NO CROPPING OR REDUCTION in size (if applicable). Please include your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line. Email to: NovelConceptDesigns@gmail.com

 

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPELLING AND PUNCTUATION

I will 'paste' the wording you provide to ensure it's accuracy so please be sure and submit the wording exactly as you'd like it to view on the invitation. Fonts shown in samples are NOT in all caps on most cards.

Once I receive the info from you, I'll create your card and will send the JPG file back to you via EMAIL. From there you can easily download the file(s) to your computer or flash drive, then print at home or upload to a printing vendor's website.

NOTE: Colors may vary slightly due to difference in computer screens. If using professional photo shots, please make sure you have permission. All images are for personal use only.

 

CUSTOM ITEMS: I always welcome custom orders. I would love to create your item for you if there is something you do not see in my shop. Additional charges will apply. I am constantly adding new items so please check back often!

► REVISIONS ARE ALLOWED UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN SENT TO
YOU. Please be sure and review the document(s) sent to you right away in
case any changes need to be made. I will work to make sure your invitation
is perfect.

► REVISIONS AFTER PROOF APPROVAL - You will be charged the reprinting
costs, so make sure you review your proof fully.

► TICKET INVITATIONS INCLUDE ONE DESIGN FOR FREE - Additional Designs are
$1.00 per Design. You can purchase additional designs here:

Digital Files: We do not offer refunds/cancellations once the invitation has been created and sent to the customer via email. If you cancel before the item is created, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.

Printed Items: If you want to cancel your order before the invitation has been created, there will be a 15% restocking/supply fee. 
If you ask to cancel after you have been sent a proof, you will be charged for the Digital File fee ($9.95) + a 15% restocking/supply fee. 

We do not offer refunds after invitations have been printed and shipped.

If you find a mistake after I have printed, you will be responsible for any reprinting costs.
We charge $1.00 per page of Printed Invitations. (Reprinted Invitations do not include envleopes.)

  • - 4x6 print 3 per Page
  • - 2x6 print 6 per Page. 

If you discover the mistake after they have the shipped, you will also be responsible for any shipping costs.
