If your card design comes with a photo, please send a high-resolution format straight from your camera for proper print quality with NO CROPPING OR REDUCTION in size. I work with {{huge}} high resolution files that require large photos. Small photos will blur when enlarging to fit the template and print blurry as well. PLEASE DO NOT CROP OR EDIT PHOTOS prior to emailing them because that can alter the aspect ratio and quality of the overall picture. If the photo is not submitted at time of purchase it will be included in your free round of revisions after the jpeg file has been emailed to you.

► PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN A CLOSE-UP photo of your child as there needs to be space for your child to be center of the image. If you mention in your order notes that you'd like for me to zoom in on the photo, I will gladly crop the photo for you.

► IF YOUR CHILD IS HOLDING balloons or stuffed animals/characters, please ensure that the plushies are on, or right next to, your child so they'll show on the invitation in the limited space provided. I will crop the photo for you.

► PHOTO EDITING I do NOT offer photo editing services (blurring or creating white background behind child, red-eye, etc) so please be sure and submit a photo you're happy with. I *DO* brighten, lighten and turn photos into B&W. Be sure and request that you'd like the photo to be black and white. Otherwise, it will appear in color.

► COMMON DOWNLOAD ISSUE FOR CELL PHONE & iPAD USERS

Please keep in mind that cell phone and iPad providers tend to condense/reduce attachments/files sizes. This may be due to the storage space allotted on the devices. Not sure. This may cause issues (and has with previous clients) when trying to upload to an online printing vendor as the file may no longer be the original 300DPI file size {{huge}} required by online printing vendors. My recommendation is to upload/download the file(s) from a computer to eliminate this issue.
